When is the latest I can place an online order?
All online orders must be placed the day prior to delivery. For same day delivery please call directly on 3369 8500 and this can usually be arranged.

Can I cancel or change my delivery?
Absolutely. All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the delivery. Any changes to deliveries, including delivery times must also be made 24hours before delivery. For any same day changes please call 3369 8500 for an immediate response. Most reasonable requests will be met.

How do I pay?
We accept MasterCard/Visa/Amex 2.5% surcharge, company cheques and cash on delivery.

I am not sure how much food to order?
All our food is designed to be shared. As a guide all our sizes and serving suggestions are based on full meals. For example, if you are catering for 10 people we would suggest a large salad (4-6 serves) a one meter pizza (4-6 serves) and a large pasta (4-6 serves). If you were only ordering pizza we would suggest 2 meters of pizza. If you are still unsure give us a call or email us at info@arrivedercipizza.com

I have someone with special dietary requirements. Can you help?
Yes. We often cater for people with allergies or special dietary requirements. We offer Gluten Free options when ordering pizza. When ordering simply type in the comments what you would like and we will endeavour to meet your request.

Is there a minimum delivery amount and do you charge for delivery?
Yes there is and it varies between suburbs. Delivery is free to Milton area and minimum delivery of $100. Toowong and Paddington delivery is $10 and to the City, Spring Hill, Valley and West End we charge $10 and Minimum is $200.
